As Family TLC’s Matching Specialist, she listens to what someone is looking for, answers questions about counselling and helps them think through factors such as the concerns they want support with, therapist experience, availability and personal preferences.

Because Devika works closely with the Family TLC therapist team, she has a strong understanding of who each therapist works with and what may make one therapist a better fit than another.

She also helps with practical questions about services, appointments and getting started, giving people a clearer path forward when they are unsure where to begin.
