Since joining the Family TLC team I have amazing opportunities to enhance my skills through attending various workshops and training sessions in my key areas of interest. This has been a great tool in helping me grow not only as a professional but in my personal life as well.
Internal Supervision
We have in house supervision
The supervision provided by my in-house supervisor has allowed me to grow as a clinical social worker in an environment where I feel comfortable. Whenever I face a struggle, I find the staff at Family TLC easy to approach and provide easy guidance that allows me to quickly receive a different clinical perspective.

The therapists at Family TLC are all very friendly and we’re engaged in creating a safe, welcoming space for our clients and colleagues. I have collaborated with staff, on the podcast, and with management staff to help Family TLC run smoothly.

I have always received a steady stream of clients. We have gotten noticeably busier over the years. If I ever ask client services for clients, there are usually new clients on my caseload that day.
