Brooklyn Arroyo

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or unsure how to move forward, Brooklyn Arroyo offers a supportive and practical space to help you build clarity, confidence, and meaningful change.

Brooklyn works with youth and adults who are navigating emotional challenges, life stress, and relationship concerns. She supports clients who are looking to better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, and create positive changes in their daily lives.

Clients often seek Brooklyn’s support when they are experiencing:

• Anxiety and stress
• Low mood or lack of motivation
• Difficulty managing emotions
• Relationship challenges
• Self-esteem and self-worth concerns
• Feeling stuck or unsure of next steps

Brooklyn’s approach is flexible and tailored to each client. She draws from a range of evidence-based strategies, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), solution-focused approaches, and self-compassion work, helping clients build practical tools that support real-life change.

Clients often experience Brooklyn as warm, genuine, and easy to talk to. She focuses on creating a positive, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to be themselves while also being gently supported to move forward.

As therapy progresses, many clients begin to feel more confident in their ability to manage emotions, navigate challenges, and make choices that align with the life they want to live.

Brooklyn holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, a graduate certificate in Addictions and Mental Health from Durham College, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Trent University.

Helping others is something Brooklyn feels deeply passionate about, and she values being part of her clients’ journey toward growth and change.
