Travis Ford

Travis oversees the day-to-day operational functioning of Family TLC and the systems that support the practice.

His role is focused on making sure the processes behind Family TLC are clear, coordinated and working reliably across areas such as therapist operations, scheduling, client support, bookkeeping and organizational systems.

Travis works with the Family TLC team to identify operational gaps, strengthen workflows, clarify responsibilities and make sure systems are carried through consistently in day-to-day practice.

Much of his work happens behind the scenes, but the goal is practical: to help Family TLC operate with greater consistency, clarity and reliability so the systems supporting clients and therapists work as they should.
