Intake Phase
During the intake phase, our caring team takes time to get to know you, listening closely to understand your unique needs and goals. Discovery Phase
We’ll work together to figure out what’s most important to you and build a healing plan that truly fits your journey. Our specially trained therapists help you identify challenges and learn coping strategies that fit your situation. We know every survivor’s story is different, so our goal is to support and empower you as you find your own path to recovery—while ensuring that counselling services are provided with empathy and confidentiality.
Working Phase
The working phase focuses on active engagement in therapy and continued emotional growth. We use integrated healing modalities to promote resilience and connection. Our coordinated care framework supports those requiring multiple services while fostering communities free from violence, shame, and isolation. Together, we work toward rebuilding self-worth and emotional stability.
Check-In Phase
Regular check-ins help us see how you’re doing and make any needed changes to your therapy plan. During this time, we’ll talk about your progress, explore new types of support if needed, and make sure your care keeps moving in the right direction. Follow-Up Phase
