Support and Growth Through Holistic Autism Counselling & ASD Services
For autistic individuals and their families, daily life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Holistic autism counselling provides a safe space to talk about challenges, explore thoughts and feelings, and develop strategies that support routines, behaviour, and emotional well-being.

Intake Phase
At the beginning, therapists work with families to understand the child’s specific needs and connect them with the right support and services. Together, they create a plan that respects the autistic individual’s neurodiversity and strengths.
Discovery Phase
This phase helps families understand how autism affects daily life and mental health across all ages. They learn to recognize triggers, health challenges, and patterns in behaviour, building self-understanding to manage routines and social situations more effectively.
Working Phase
Support and services include play-based activities, skill-building exercises, and neurodiversity-affirming strategies to help autistic individuals thrive. Parents and caregivers learn practical ways to guide routines, behaviour, and self-care at home and at school, creating a collaborative approach.
Check-In Phase
Therapists review progress and help families adjust strategies to meet changing needs. Families reflect on what works best for routines, behaviour, and emotional regulation, making sure the support fits the autistic individual’s life.
Follow-Up Phase
This phase focuses on maintaining progress and fostering independence for autistic individuals. Families continue using support and services to strengthen self-care, resilience, and overall well-being, helping everyone feel more confident and capable.
